Of the 635 graduates of the class of 2022, 577 responded to the employment survey on their professional integration, i.e. almost 91% of respondents to the first employment survey 2023. 90% of graduate engineers responding said they were satisfied with their first job.

Salaries are slightly higher for jobs abroad, which concern 20% of the graduating class:

Leading indicators for the professional integration of engineers
The employability of its students, the summary of the mission of ESILV and the schools of De Vinci Higher Education. The schools attach great importance to supporting students searching for an internship, apprenticeship contract or first job.
Nearly 50% of respondents from the class of 2022 were taken on due to their end-of-study internship. A total of 13 months of the engineering students’ entire curriculum is devoted to work placements in companies.
71% signed their contracts before graduation, and 8% just two months after graduation. 91% of new hires were on permanent contracts, a strong indicator of the skills mastered by the engineers in the class of 2021.
The role of the international dimension in the positions held
Most engineering graduates are recruited by companies in the Paris Region (74%), although there is always an international dimension.
20% of new hires were abroad, with an average annual salary of 76,200 euros (including bonuses). 41% of all graduates have an international function.
These figures show how important it is for engineers to have a good command of languages, mainly English, for their first job.

Responsibilities and positions held after engineering school
97% of respondents from the class of engineers graduating in 2021 have managerial status from the moment they start work.
58% are responsible for a project, and 16% are for a team.
These indicators again demonstrate the high employability potential of these young engineering graduates, who are qualified and able to respond immediately to the needs of companies.
22% of respondents hold a position in financial engineering, and 43% in Big Data computing. 5% hold positions in consulting and design offices, 6% in energy and 7% in the transport industry.
