How to go about choosing an engineering school in France? Rankings traditionally come into play in guiding future engineering students when selecting the right school. Along with the rankings published by L’Etudiant and Le Figaro, this edition of L’Usine Nouvelle completes a system that offers an overview of engineering colleges.
In this 2023 ranking of French engineering schools, ESILV is the No. 1 undergraduate school and climbs two spots in the overall list to No. 3.
ESILV is, therefore, one of the top three French engineering schools, among the best generalist schools, which, according to Usine Nouvelle, ” dominate the summit of the 2022 ranking “.
The 2023 ranking of French engineering schools
The 2023 ranking is based on four primary criteria and 15 indicators: insertion of graduates into the job market, international outreach, research, and proximity to companies.
De Vinci Higher Education has developed more than 120 partnerships with highly-reputed institutions worldwide. These partnerships made it possible for thousands of French students to study abroad at partner universities and attracted international students to study on De Vinci Campus Paris-La Défense.
From the international student community perspective, the school’s welcome policies can help its prospective students distinguish between red and green flags when choosing an engineering school for studying abroad. At ESILV, the Devinci Welcome Desk supports all international students, degree-seeking or exchange. It helps them settle in their French academic life by organizing orientation days at the start of each semester, administrative workshops, tutorials, support to find accommodation and visa procedures, and much more.
