Include complementary services to add value to the shopping experience for French majors retailers’ clients and improve customer satisfaction. That’s the pivot that Mon Super Voisin, co-founded by Sylvain Beral, class of 2016, has made. The start-up has raised €1 million to target large national stores such as Mr Bricolage and E. Leclerc.

Sylvain Beral, class of 2016, is a graduate of the ESILV-EMLV double-degree in engineering and management. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has been involved since he left engineering school to build Mon Super Voisin’s business model. This start-up aims to revolutionize access to home services.

Since 2020, the former assistance application between individuals has taken a complete service turn, becoming an omnichannel B2B solution that is fully integrated into the buying process.

After making a strategic pivot, Mon Super Voisin raised €1 million in a funding round from 44 French retail experts supporting the start-up’s new business model.

We suggest complementary services to the commercial products. It is this model that helped us to attract investors for our fundraising”, said Sylvain Beral, 2016 alumnus.

The €1M will fuel the development of Mon Super Voisin’s “B to B” service solution and the recruitment of the new workforce that comes with it.
