Welcome to exchange students ! ESILV encourages international openness and has developed numerous partnerships with foreign universities. The development of these partnerships has resulted in thousands of academic exchanges that have allowed French students to study in partner universities and foreign students to study at ESILV.

Procedures and documents

Exchange students

We offer personalized support to students during the admissions process (airport pickup, welcome week, visits to Paris, support in finding accommodation, advice on opening a bank account, help with doctor/medical procedures, language courses, etc.)

Registration procedure

Register online

It is compulsory to register online even if you have registered at your home university.
Deadline for Fall : 1st JUNE
Deadline for Spring : 1st NOVEMBER

Documents

  • Identity photo
  • Copy of identity document (ID or passport)
  • Copy of European health insurance card for European students
  • Proof of Language Proficiency (to be filled in by an English teacher) (can be sent after registration);
  • Previous transcripts of records: for 4th and 5th year only ! (can be sent after registration)
