Le Figaro Étudiant has revealed its annual ranking of engineering schools for 2023. This year, the editors have published their top ten post-bac engineering schools.

In 3rd place, among 102 of the best “integrated preparatory” schools, and the leading school in the Paris area, ESILV is among the top 3 of the best engineering schools accessible directly after the baccalaureate:

2023 list of the best post-bac engineering schools

The 2023 list of the best post-baccalaureate engineering schools is aimed at students wishing to find an accessible general or specialised school that is accessible from the baccalaureate.
At ESILV, from the 2nd year of the engineering cycle, students can select between a long list of majors to specialise in.

This year, the Figaro Étudiant has sifted through 102 public and private engineering schools, recruiting after the baccalaureate, accredited by the Commission des titres d’ingénieur, to deliver the title of graduate engineer.

Figaro Étudiant listed the post-baccalaureate schools accredited to deliver the engineering diploma to establish its ranking. The editorial staff then evaluated these schools mainly by using the certified data of the Commission des titres d’ingénieurs (CTI).

The editors used the CTI data to compare the schools according to their academic excellence (research, double degrees, level of graduates), their international influence (international rankings, expatriation abroad, percentage of graduates working abroad, etc.), and their relations with companies (salaries, alumni network).
