Revised Applications Policies
Application fees waived
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, ESILV has decided to waive off application fees for all applicants. There are no application fees for international applicants.
Application deadlines extended
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, ESILV has decided to extend the applications deadlines for all international applicants to Monday 24th August 2020 for Programme Grande Ecole & Bachelor programmes applicants
Language tests & results
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, ESILV has decided accept applications without French or/and English scores if you were unable to take the test and don’t already have a score. If you already have previous scores, please submit these with your application. We advise applicants to schedule an online test by June-July 2020 if you can.

Late arrival on campus
In the event of border closures, visas delay or travel restrictions, ESILV allows late arrival on campus. Students MUST contact the international admissions service to report on their personal situation. Students who are unable to reach campus on time will have access to their courses on Devinci Online.

What is Devinci Online?
Devinci Online is ESILV’s online learning platform, which gives students:
- Live interactive classes using Zoom technology
- Live participation in activities such as the Hackathon and Business Game
- Live participation in online careers events such as forums, conferences and seminars
- Access to personal career coaching through regular contact with our careers service
- Access to our online library of journals, articles, databases and other academic materials
- Access to online coworking spaces for group collaboration and projects
- Access to online assessment platforms for presentations, quizzes and exams

What precautions the school is taking to prevent the spread of coronavirus?
The School is monitoring French Government guidelines and recommendations about prevention and fight against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). These guidelines are updated frequently according to the recommendations of French Government.
The School has revised and increase its daily cleaning policy and people circulation in buildings in accordance to social distancing guidelines. Hand sanitizer gel dispensers are available in all key locations.
Who can I contact if I am concerned about the situation (visa, housing, courses, safety…)?
We fully understand that coronavirus (COVID-19) may be a source of stress for applicants and their families. The international admissions team remain committed to our school’s values by providing the best guidance services and supporting all students affected by these events.
