To learn the art of seeing opportunities, developing novel ideas, and commercializing them, immerse yourself in the industry. But first… Let’s nail down the application process.
The Basics… But With a Twist
The first step in applying for an MSc in Innovation and Creative Technology is to ensure that the academic requirements are met for the program. This typically includes a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or design, and a language test, should the program be offered in a non-native language.
In addition, some programs may require a certain level of work experience or relevant coursework in innovation and technology. It’s important to carefully review the program’s admission requirements before applying.
Another important factor to consider when applying for an MSc in Innovation and Creative Technology is the motivation and goals for pursuing the program. The admissions officers will want to understand why candidates are interested in this specific field of study and what they hope to achieve by completing the program.
Finally, the jack of all trades: it’s important to be prepared to showcase creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box. Many programs will require a portfolio of previous work or a project proposal as part of the application process. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate skills and abilities.
